§ 1 Outline and content of the Master Examination

The master examination in the non-admission-free women's and men's cutters ' craft includes the following independent test parts:
1.
the examination of the masterly direction of the activities (Part I),
2.
the examination of the special subject-specific knowledge (Part II),
3.
the examination of the specific business, commercial and legal knowledge (Part III) and
4.
the examination of the necessary vocational and occupational pedagogical knowledge (Part IV).

§ 2 Master examination profession

(1) The master examination shall establish that the examinee is competent to carry out a holding, to carry out technical, commercial and personnel management tasks, to carry out the training and to carry out his professional duties. (2) In the women's and men's cutters-Crafts are the following skills and knowledge as integral qualifications for the purposes of the master's examination shall be considered:
1.
Determine customer requirements, advise customers, offer services, conduct contract negotiations and set order targets, calculate services and draw up offers, conclude contracts,
2.
Perform technical, commercial and personnel management tasks, in particular taking into account the operational organisation, the in-company training and further training, the quality management, the labour protection law, data protection, protection of the environment and information and communication technologies,
3.
Plan, organize, run, and monitor order fulfillment processes
4.
carry out contracts, in particular taking into account design, construction, production and modification techniques, professional legal provisions, technical standards and the generally accepted rules of technology, staff, Materials and equipment as well as possible uses of apprentices,
5.
Create workflow plans, taking into account customer sample and delivery dates,
6.
Recognize and implement proportioning and figurative characteristics of customers, in particular by means of measuring,
7.
Design models according to customer requirements, in particular taking into account color and shape theory, proportions, type, style, functions, fashion trends, as well as materials and their processing possibilities; outline model proposals and the to present customers,
8.
select top materials and ingredients, taking into account manufacturing and design techniques,
9.
Constructing basic and figural sections of small and large pieces, developing model sections, in particular under fashionable, functional, cultural, historical and technical points of view, as well as creating cutting plans; Oberstoffe, to cut feed materials and inlays,
10.
Set up small and large pieces for sample, carry out a sample at the customer, model upper materials at the cutting bust as well as on the customer,
11.
Make garments with different manufacturing techniques, in particular mieder and corsac techniques, model-and custom-made,
12.
Apply jewelry techniques,
13.
Assess the possibilities for change of clothes, develop and implement proposals; determine and apply care concepts
14.
Control and evaluate the quality and accuracy of the custom-made garments, determine and implement quality improvement measures,
15.
Perform finished samples; hand-handed garments to the customer,
16.
Take and document services and carry out post-calculation.

Section 3 Outline of Part I

Part I of the Master's examination comprises the following examination areas:
1.
a master inspection project and a technical discussion related to it,
2.
a situation task.

§ 4 Master examination project

(1) The test specimen shall carry out a master inspection project which corresponds to a customer order. Proposals of the test item for the customer order are to be considered. The order-related customer requirements are set by the Master Audit Committee. On this basis, the test specimen develops an implementation concept, including a time and material requirement planning. He has to submit this to the Master examination committee for approval prior to the completion of the Master's examination project. The Master Examination Committee checks whether the implementation concept corresponds to the order-related customer requirements. (2) The Master Examination Project consists of planning, implementation and documentation work. (3) As a master audit project, the Master Examination Project shall be considered as a master test project.
1.
a multi-part ladies ' model with at least one large piece or
2.
A multi-part men's model with at least one large piece
, The work to be carried out includes the design, planning, calculation and measurement, the execution of the final sample and the examination of the work results as well as the documentation of the work carried out and the post-calculation. § 5 Technical Discussion

After completion of the Master's examination project, the expert discussion will be conducted. § 6 Situation Task

(1) The situation task is order-oriented and completes the qualification certificate for the master examination in the women's and men's and men's craft trades. The task is to be carried out by the Master Examination Committee. (2) As a situation task,
1.

to the first sample. (4) The overall assessment of the Situation task shall be calculated from the arithmetic average of the individual evaluations of the work carried out in accordance with Paragraph 2. § 7 Examination period and existence of Part I

(1) The execution of the Master's examination project shall not last longer than ten working days, the expert discussion no longer than 30 minutes and the execution of the situation task shall not last longer than eight hours. (2) Master examination project, expert discussion and situation task are assessed separately. The examination achievements in the Master Examination Project and in the expert discussion are weighted in the ratio of 3:1. This will form an overall evaluation. This overall assessment is weighted as a ratio of 2: 1 to the test result of the situation task. (3) The minimum requirement for the existence of Part I of the Master's examination is a sufficient overall audit performance, the examination neither in the case of the Master examination project still in the expert discussion still in the situation task with less than 30 points may have been evaluated. § 8 Outline, duration and existence of Part II

(1) The examination in Part II aims at demonstrating the competence of the examinee in the fields of action referred to in paragraph 2 by analysing and evaluating occupational problems and by identifying and documenting solutions and thereby documenting and documenting solutions to problems. design and manufacturing technology,
2.
order processing,
3.
Management and operational organisation.
(3) In each field of action, at least one task must be processed, which must be case-oriented:

a)
Develop and manufacture free hand sketches and design drawings as part of a consulting concept,
b)
Develop model designs, create and modify basic and model sections,
c)
describe the importance of fashion trends as well as historical and cultural influences for the production of clothing,
d)
select top materials and ingredients, assess the impact on the model and justify selection; describe material composition and properties, material lists and cutting plans,
e)
describe the possible uses of tools, equipment and machines,
f)
describe and evaluate production and design techniques, and assign them to be used for purposes of use,
g)
Present the need for change and modernisation of garments, propose change options and define the necessary handling;
2.
Order processing The test piece is to demonstrate that it is able to plan order processing processes, also using industry-standard software, success, customer and quality-oriented, to control their implementation and to plan their execution In the case of the respective tasks, several of the qualifications listed under (a) to (g) shall be linked:
a)
the ability of procurement to be processed;
b)
Create offer documents and evaluate offers, offer costing,
c)
Evaluate the methods and procedures of the planning and organisation of work, in particular taking into account the design, construction, production and jewellery techniques, the samples and the use of materials, equipment and personnel, to represent quality assurance aspects and to take into account interfaces between workspaces,
d)
apply professional legal provisions and technical standards, as well as generally accepted rules of technology, in particular to judge liability in the production and service as well as in the case of infringement of copyrights,
e)
Develop job plans, sketches and drawings as well as evaluate and correct given job plans, sketches and drawings,
f)
determine and justify the application-related use of materials, machines and equipment,
g)
subcontracting and controlling;
3.
Management and operational organisation The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is capable of carrying out the tasks of the management and the organisation of operations, taking into account the legal provisions, including the use of information and information systems. communication systems, in which a number of the qualifications referred to in point (a) to (h) are to be linked in the respective task:
a)
identify operational costs, distinguish services for consulting, cutting, manufacturing and testing, and take account of business-related issues,
b)
check operational cost structures; identify operational indicators,
c)
Develop marketing measures for customer care and the acquisition of new customers against the background of fashionable and economic developments,
d)
plan and present operational quality management,
e)
-to demonstrate the relationship between human resources management and personnel management and development,
f)
develop operational specific measures for compliance with occupational safety regulations and environmental protection; assess potential hazards and define measures to prevent and eliminate hazards;
g)
Plan and present operational and storage equipment,
h)
Presenting and assessing opportunities and risks of operational cooperation.
(4) The examination in Part II shall be carried out in writing. It should not last longer than three hours in each field of action. An examination period of six hours per day shall not be exceeded. (5) The overall assessment of Part II shall be calculated from the arithmetic mean of the individual evaluations of the fields of action referred to in paragraph 2. (6) Were in no more than two of the areas in which the evaluation was carried out. In the case of a minimum of 30 and less than 50 points, an oral supplementary examination may be carried out in one of these fields of action if it allows the passing of Part II of the Master examination. (7) A minimum requirement for the existence of Part II of the Master examination is a a total of sufficient examination performance. The examination of Part II has not been passed if:
1.
a field of action has been evaluated with less than 30 points, or
2.
two fields of action have been evaluated with fewer than 50 points after the additional examination has been carried out.

§ 9 General examination and procedural regulations, further regulations for the Master Examination

(1) The provisions of the Master Examination Procedure Ordinance of 17 December 2001 (BGBl. 2) The examination in parts III and IV of the Master Examination is determined by the General Master Examination Regulation of 26 October 2009. § 10 Transitional provision

The provisions of § 8 (6) and (7) shall not apply to the examination procedures that have been initiated until 31 December 2011. These will be brought to an end in accordance with the previous regulations. Unofficial table of contents

Section 11 Entry into force, external force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
