On the basis of Article 8 (2) and (3) of the Law of 10 February 1976 on the Convention of 2 December 1972 on Safe Containers (BGBl). 1976 II p. 253) is ordered with the consent of the Federal Council: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

(1) Costs (fees and expenses) shall be charged pursuant to this Regulation for official acts, examinations and inspections in accordance with the Law of the Convention of 2 December 1972 on Safe Containers. (2) Fee duties shall be charged in the List of charges (Annex to this Regulation). The fees have to be kept within the limits of the rates of the fee list. (3) Deposits are collected separately, in particular the Justice Remuneration and Compensation Law applies. Unofficial table of contents

This Regulation shall enter into force in respect of the costs of the authorisation of the containers with effect from 6 September 1977 and, moreover, on the day after the date of delivery. Unofficial table of contents
