§ 1 Objective of the examination and designation of the financial statements

(1) In order to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and experience acquired by the vocational training course for the certified industrial master/specialising in the field of chemistry, the competent authority may carry out tests in accordance with the following conditions: § § 2 to 9 conduct. (2) The aim of the test is to prove the qualification of the certified industrial master/industrial master specialisation in the chemical industry and thus the qualification:
1.
carry out physical, organisational and managerial tasks in companies of different sizes and in different sectors and in various fields and fields of activity of a company;
2.
to adapt flexibly to changing methods and systems in production, to changing structures of work organization and to new methods of organisational development, personnel management and development, and to the technical-organizational change in operation.
(3) The examination shall determine whether the qualification is available to be able to perform the following in the context of the following tasks of a certified industrial master/a certified industrial master specialising in chemistry:
1.

§ 2 Scope of the industrial classification of the industry and the structure of the examination

(1) The qualification of the certified industrial master/certified industrial master specialising in chemistry comprises:
1.
Vocational and occupational pedagogical qualifications,
2.
Cross-disciplinary basic skills,
3.
Action-specific qualifications.
(2) The acquisition of vocational and employment pedagogical qualifications in accordance with the Trainers Suitability Regulation in accordance with the Vocational Training Act or on the basis of a different public service provision, if the proven knowledge meets the requirements of § § 2 to 4 of the Ausbilder-Fitness-Ordinance is to be proven. 1.
Cross-disciplinary basic skills,
2.
Action-specific qualifications.
(4) In the part of the examination referred to in paragraph 3, point 1, it must be examined in writing in the form of application-related tasks in accordance with § 4. The examination part referred to in paragraph 3 (2) shall be examined in the form of two action-specific, integrated situation tasks I and II as well as an application-related written elaboration in accordance with § 5. § 3 Admission requirements

(1) For the examination in the examination section "Cross-disciplinary basic qualifications", it is possible to admit who has the following:
1.
a successful final examination in a recognised training occupation, which may be attributed to the chemical professions, or
2.
a successful final examination in another recognised vocational training profession and thereafter at least one year's professional practice; or
3.
at least four years of professional experience.
(2) To be examined in the "Action-specific Qualifications" examination part, the following shall be admitted:
1.
the placing of the examination part "cross-discipline basic qualifications", which is not more than five years ago, and
2.
in the cases referred to in paragraph 1 (1) (1) to (3), at least one additional year of professional practice.
(3) The professional practice referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall have substantial references to the duties of a certified industrial master/industrial master specialising in the chemistry referred to in Article 1 (3). (4) By way of derogation from the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, no. 2 may also be admitted for examination, who, by presenting certificates or in any other way, makes it possible to have acquired professional qualifications, which justify the admission to the examination. § 4 Basic Qualifications Cross-discipline

(1) In the examination section "Cross-discipline Basic Qualifications" shall be examined in the following examination areas:

(2) In the "Legal Action" examination area, it is intended to demonstrate the ability to take into account relevant legislation. (3) In the examination area "Business Administration", the ability to demonstrate the ability to take economic aspects into account in the context of practice-related actions and to demonstrate economic relations, as well as the ability to identify economic aspects, To be able to represent company forms. (5) In the "Cooperation in operation" examination area, the ability to identify interrelationships of social behaviour, assess its impact on cooperation and, through appropriate measures, should be assessed on a target-oriented basis, Effective and trustful cooperation. Evaluate the influences of the group structure on the group behavior and the cooperation as well as develop and implement alternatives;
4.

Apply management methods and techniques, including agreements of appropriate scope for action, in order to promote the willingness of employees to perform and work together;
6.
Promote communication and cooperation through the use of methods to solve operational problems and social conflicts.
(6) The duration of the written tasks in the examination areas referred to in paragraph 1 (1) to (4) shall not exceed seven hours, for each examination zone at least 90 minutes. (7) In the examination areas referred to in paragraph 1 (1) (1) to (4), written examination performance is subject to a lack of performance and is to be offered an oral supplementary examination in this examination area. In the case of one or more inaccurate written examination achievements, a supplementary examination is not to be offered. The supplementary test is to be carried out on an application basis and not longer than 20 minutes. § 5 Action-specific qualifications

(1) The examination section "Action-specific qualifications" covers the areas of action:
1.
Chemical production;
2.
organisation, management and communication;
3.
Specialisation areas.
(2) The scope of action "Chemical Production" is divided into the following main areas of qualification:
1.
Process and plant technology;
2.
Chemical processes and processes;
3.
Process control technology.
(3) The scope of action "Organization, leadership and communication" is divided into the following main areas of qualification:
1.
Personnel management and development;
2.
Operating costs;
3.
Responsible Care (Responsible Care);
4.
quality management;
5.
Information and communication.
(4) The scope of action "Specialisation areas" is divided into the following elective qualification priorities:
1.
Synthesis planning;
2.
Automation and process control technology;
3.
technology;
4.
Operational controlling.
(5) In the field of action "Chemical production", taking into account the cross-disciplinary basic qualifications, the situation task I in accordance with paragraph 6 and in the area of action "Organization, leadership and communication" shall be taken into account the cross-disciplinary basic skills of the situation shall be set out in accordance with paragraph 7. Situation Task I and Situation Task II shall be designed in such a way that the areas of competence of the areas of action referred to in paragraph 1 (1) and (2) are subject to at least one thematic focus. The duration of the examination for the written preparation in the area of specialization is at least 75 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes. (6) The core of the situation task I is about two thirds of the area of action "Chemical Production", with the focus on "process and plant engineering" to form the core point. The focus of the "Organization, Leadership and Communication" area of action is to be integrated with up to a third of the focus. In detail, the situation task I may include the following qualification contents from the area of action "Chemical production" with the focal points according to the following numbers 1 to 3:
1.
The main focus of the qualification "Process and plant engineering" is the ability to demonstrate the ability to process engineering processes in the production of products, taking into account occupational safety, environmental protection, plant safety, and To plan, organize and monitor quality assurance. f)
Arrange for preventive maintenance and organisation, monitoring and coordination of maintenance measures;
g)
Coordinate and optimize the start-up, operating and departure of plants.
2.
In the focus of the qualification "Chemical Processes and Processes", the ability to demonstrate the ability, taking into account scientific and technical and mathematical laws, occupational safety and environmental protection, is to be proven. Plant safety and quality assurance, chemical reactions, as well as production-related correlations and optimization possibilities of the processes can be recognized and suitable measures can be initiated. Launch measures for the rational use of energy and resources, as well as energy and substance flows,
e)
Carry out chemical reactions and select appropriate methods for process control,
f)
Assess the impact of processes on the environment and ensure environmental protection measures; select and commend appropriate procedures.

In the focus of the qualification "Process Control Technology" the ability to demonstrate the ability, taking into account scientific-technical and mathematical laws, with the help of measuring, control and control equipment To evaluate and optimize processes. Within this framework, the following qualification levels can be considered:
a)
Evaluate and optimize the use of measuring devices,

Use of control and control systems for process optimization,
c)

(7) The core of the written task in Situation Task II is about two-thirds of the area of action "Organization, Leadership and Communication", with the "Personnel Management and Development" qualification focus special To be taken into account. 3.

Within this framework, the following qualification levels can be considered:
a)
Review and guarantee occupational safety and plant safety as well as health and environmental protection,
b)
Identify weaknesses in occupational safety and plant safety, health and environmental protection, and introduce preventive measures
c)
Promote the responsible actions of employees in the company,
d)
Plan and carry out teachings on occupational safety and plant safety as well as on health and environmental protection,
e)
To ensure the exchange of information on processes relevant to safety and environment.
4.
The focus of the qualification "Quality Management" is to demonstrate the ability to use methods and techniques in order to be able to act in a quality-conscious way and to further develop quality management. Within this framework, the following qualification levels can be considered:
a)
Implement customer requirements in quality objectives and quality specifications,
b)
Ensure that legal and operational requirements and quality standards are taken into account, as well as their compliance with their own responsibility,
c)
Describe operational processes and prepare audits and certifications,
d)
Use of instruments of quality management for continuous quality improvement and process optimization.
5.
In the "Information and Communication" qualification centre, the aim is to demonstrate the ability to use methods and systems of information and communication in operation. Within this framework, the following qualification levels can be considered:
a)
Use planning and control systems for production, quantity, capacity and scheduling,
b)
Communicate information and instructions of the management,
c)
Carry out teachings and qualification measures,
d)
Communicate with customers,
e)
Create and ensure the framework conditions for efficient communication in the group.
(8) In the field of action "Specialisation areas" shall be considered in the form of an application-related written elaboration, which shall include one or more tasks. The aim is to demonstrate the ability to analyse, structure and provide a well-founded solution. The examination participant or the examination participant shall determine one of the following elective qualification priorities in which the examination shall be carried out. In the drawing up, all qualification contents of the selected priority must be taken into account. In detail, the preparation may include the following skill levels in the area of specialisation in the areas of specialisation, with a focus on the following points 1 to 4:
1.

c)

2.
In the elective qualification "Automation and Process Control Technology" the ability to use process control systems for the production or processing of substances and material mixtures is to be demonstrated. Within this framework, the following qualification levels are considered:
a)
Participate in the selection of control, control and process control systems,
b)
Ensure communication at the interface between process engineering and process control technology, taking into account the hierarchy levels of the system,
c)
Optimization of control, control and process control systems.
3.
In the "Technology" elective qualification, the ability to demonstrate the development of a production chain, starting from the raw material to the product, is to be demonstrated. Within this framework, the following qualification levels are considered:
a)
Implement from the laboratory-to the production scale (scale up) and develop solutions for problems,
b)
Evaluate the substitution of raw materials, auxiliary materials, operating materials and materials,
c)
Select suitable process proposals for the guidance of technological processes as well as for the production and modification of the product.
4.
In the elective qualification "Operational Controlling" the ability to act economically is to be proven. Within this framework, the following qualification levels are considered:
a)
Represent business processes on the basis of business processes and value chains as well as development of optimization proposals
b)
Benefit from economic indicators as an instrument of information and control, in particular with regard to economic, human and logistical aspects of production,
c)
Take measures to influence costs and performance.
(9) If a lack of examination performance has been provided in the written situation assignment I in accordance with paragraph 6 or in the written preparation referred to in paragraph 8, an oral supplementary examination shall be offered. In the case of one or more inaccurate written examinations, a supplementary examination is not to be offered. The supplementary test should be carried out in a specific and integrated way and should not last longer than 20 minutes. § 6 Invoice of other exams

§ 7 Evaluating the parts of the test and passing the examination

(1) The test parts "Cross-disciplinary basic qualifications" and "Action-specific qualifications" are to be assessed separately according to points. Section 8 Repeal of the examination

(1) Any unpassed part of the examination may be repeated twice. (2) Who participates in a repeat examination and within two years, calculated from the date of termination of the non-passed examination part, for the re-examination , on request, shall be exempted from the examination in individual examination areas, the situation tasks I and II to be examined individually, and the written preparation if the performance of the examination has been submitted in a previous examination . § 9 Additional Qualifications

Anyone who has passed the examination in accordance with this Regulation may apply for the examination in further specialisation areas in accordance with § 5 (4). A certificate must be issued on the examination passed. Section 8 (1) shall apply accordingly. Unofficial table of contents

§ 10 Transitional provision

Section 11 Entry into force, external force
