I.

In accordance with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Administrative Office for Employees of the Federal Agency for Health Education shall be empowered to act on contradictions decide against administrative acts as well as the rejection of claims in matters under the Federal Travel Covenant Act and the Federal Law on Covenant Cost Act, including the separation money ordinance issued for this purpose. In accordance with Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Office of Employees of the Federal Agency for Health Education (Bundeszentrale für sanitary Enlightenment) shall be represented by the Federal Republic of Germany in administrative proceedings in matters relating to the Federal Travel Covenant and the Federal Law for the Protection of the Federal Republic of Germany, including the separation money ordinance issued for this purpose.
