Type II

Any new or higher claims for redress arising from this Act may only be filed within the time limit laid down in Article I (9) (1) and (2). Article I (10) shall apply accordingly.

To the extent that claims have been fixed by a decision or a final judicial decision before the entry into force of this law, it shall retain its interest in favour of the person entitled to do so. § § 41, 42 of the Act on the Administrative Procedure of the War Sacrifice Supply of 2 May 1955 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 202) and § 62 of the Federal Supply Act remain unaffected.

3.

The period laid down in Article I (5) (2) sentence 3 shall begin at the earliest on the date of the proclamation of this law.

Species III

This law applies in accordance with Section 13 (1) of the Third Transfer Act of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents

Type V

This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement.
