Following degrees can be obtained at Bundeswehr technical schools: 1 as lower-secondary a) of secondary school completion, b) the specialist school readiness in the field of social pedagogy, c) the specialist school readiness in the field of technology, d) the specialist school readiness in the field of economy, e) the specialist school readiness in other disciplines for the nation-wide recognition of the financial statements is guaranteed, 2 at the end of upper secondary education a) the qualification in the fields of social pedagogy , b) the qualification in the field of technology, c) the qualification in the field of economy, d) the qualification in other disciplines for the nation-wide recognition of the financial statements is guaranteed.

§ 2 entry requirements (1) the existence of the prerequisites for participation in the audit is ensured through the Bundeswehr technical school.
((2) entry requirements are 1 for the courses for obtaining of secondary school completion of secondary school or an educational qualification recognised as equivalent, 2 for the courses to obtain the specialist school readiness a) of secondary school or an educational qualification recognised as equivalent and b) the certificate of a completed vocational training or a degree recognized as equivalent to a vocational school or proof of sufficient, at least three years relevant professional experience , 3 for the training to obtain the qualification of a) the secondary school leaving certificate or an educational qualification recognised as equivalent and b) proof of relevant completed vocational training or a sufficient relevant professional experience.
(3) the participation of a statutory audit is not allowed if the desired conclusion was already purchased.

§ 3 components, timing and organization of the examination (1) the examination consists of a written and an oral part (sections 11 and 14).

Article 12 proposal for the tasks of the written final examination

Section 20 total and passing the examination (1) the overall result of the examination is "pass" or "fail".
(2) the overall grade is the arithmetic mean of the notes of the subjects that have been taught during the testing season. Commercially, the arithmetic mean is rounded to an integer.

Section 6 General provisions relating to auditing section 22 resignation or failure
