General rules

§ 1 Scope

This regulation applies to the final exams, which are can be filed at Bundeswehr schools. At Bundeswehr schools, the following degrees can be obtained:
1.
as completion of upper secondary level I
a)
the Realschulabschluss,
b)
Specialist in Social Pedagogy,
c)
die Fachschulreife in der FachDirection Technik,
d)
the specialist school entrance qualification in the subject area
e)
School maturity in other disciplines, for which nationwide recognition of the financial statements is guaranteed
2.
as completion of upper secondary level II
a)
the technical college entrance qualification in the subject area Social pedagogy,
b)
the technical college entrance qualification in the technical field,
c)
the "Fachhochschulreife" ("Fachhochschulreife") in the field of economics,
d)
the "Fachhochschulreife" ("Fachhochschulreife") in further subject areas, for which the nationwide recognition of the degree is guaranteed

§ 2 Access requirements

(1) The presence of the access requirements for participation in the Final examination is ensured by the Bundeswehrfachschule.(2) Access requirements are
1.
for the courses to obtain the secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent recognised as an equivalent Education degree,
2.
for the courses to obtain the professional school maturity
a)
of the (b)
the certificate of a corresponding completed vocational training or a certificate of education or
as an equivalent qualification as a certificate of education or training as an equivalent. the equivalence of recognised qualifications of a vocational school or proof of sufficient, at least three years ' relevant professional experience
3.
the courses for obtaining the "Fachhochschulreife
" Fachhochschulreife ")
a)
the secondary school leaving certificate or an educational qualification recognised as equivalent, and
b)
proof of a relevant completed vocational training or sufficient professional experience

§ 3 constituents, date and organization of the audit

(1) The audit consists of a written and a oral part (§ § 11 and 14). (2) The examination will take place at the end of the last half-year of a course leading to a conclusion according to § 1 (examination half-year) at the Bundeswehrfachschule.(3) For the organisation of the examination, the head of the school or the head of the school is responsible. § 4 Examination Committee

(1) An audit committee is set up to conduct the audit.(2) The Audit Committee shall include:

§ 6 Registration for examination

§ 11 Written final examination

(3) For the written final examination of the university entrance qualification, the following are:

§ 12 Proposal for the tasks of the written final examination

§ 13 Implementation of the final written examination

§ 14 Oral final examination

(1) An oral final examination can be carried out in each subject that has been taught in the examination half-year. It is an independent audit performance.(2) In the subjects in which the grade of the written final examination is in accordance with the preliminary note, no oral final examination is performed. § 15 Preparation of the final oral examination

§ 18 Audials and listeners of the final oral examination

§ 19 Setting of final notes

§ 20 overall result and existence of the review

(1) the overall result of the check is "passed" or "not passed". § 21 Final Certificate

§ 23 Deception, breach of order

§ 27 Appeal of appeal

§ 28 Examination Act
