I.

Pursuant to § 60 (1) sentence 4 of the Law governing the legal conditions of persons covered by Article 131 of the Basic Law (G131) as amended on 11 September 1957 (Federal Law Gazette). 1297) and the second sentence of § 1 (2) of the Law on the Establishment of the Federal Administrative Office of 28 December 1959 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 829), I transfer the powers of the Federal Administrative Office to the Federal Minister of the Interior pursuant to Section 60 (1) sentence 4 of the G131 as the supreme service authority. I shall keep the decisions on inconsistencies against the charges which the Federal Minister of the Interior has granted as the supreme service authority on the basis of the previous rules of jurisdiction. For persons in the Federal Republic of North Rhine-Westphalia assigned to the Land of North Rhine-Westphalia in emergency procedures, who have fled from the Soviet occupation zone or the Soviet sector of Berlin and are not yet domiciled in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany or of permanent residence shall, by way of derogation from Section I of this Regulation, remain in the case of the scheme established by the Notice of 14 November 1955 (Common Ministerial Gazan p. 468).
