On the basis of § 9 para 2 sentence 2, 62 paragraph 1 of the Act to regulate the legal relationships of falling under article 131 of the Constitution persons (G131) in the version of September 11, 1957 (Bundesgesetzbl. I S. 1297) and of § 1 para 2 sentence 2 of the law on the establishment of the Federal Administrative Office by December 28, 1959 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 829) transferring the Federal Office of Administration powers, G131 as introduction and Supreme service authority within the meaning of the Federal disciplinary code related to me in terms of chapter I and of § 62, insofar as I do not reserve for the exercise of those powers for certain cases.
II. I reserve also me, about moving the powers in each location of the procedure in some cases back to me.
III. the corresponding transfer was made to the Federal Minister of finance, the Federal Minister for post and telecommunications, and the Federal Minister of transport by my circular of June 19, 1952 (joint ministerial Gazette p. 166) for its business remains unaffected.
