I.

Pursuant to § § 9 para. 2 sentence 2, 62 para. 1 of the law governing the legal relationships of persons covered by Article 131 of the Basic Law (G131) in the version dated 11 September 1957 (Federal Law Gazette). 1297) and the second sentence of § 1 (2) of the Law on the Establishment of the Federal Administrative Office of 28 December 1959 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 829), I transfer the powers of the Federal Administrative Office to me in the area of Chapter I and Section 62 of the G131 as the lead authority and the supreme service authority in the sense of the Federal disciplinary code, insofar as I am not in favour of certain Cases subject to the exercise of these powers.
