I.

Pursuant to Section 1 (3) of the Law on the Establishment of the Federal Administrative Office of 28 December 1959 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 829), I have transferred to the Federal Administrative Office the responsibility for the implementation of the measures resulting from the promotion of German schools abroad and of the European Schools, which are based on the support of the Member States of the European Communities were established on 13 April 1962 in Luxembourg. II.

The Federal Office of Administration is active in the assigned task area under the name:

In accordance with § 8 of the Act on the Establishment of the Federal Administrative Office, the Federal Administrative Office is subject to the technical instructions of the Federal Foreign Office in the transferred matters. Unofficial table of contents
