§ 1

Severe damage allowance received, the damage consequences of which are to be assessed solely on the basis of the assessment pursuant to Section 30 (1) of the Federal Supply Act with a degree of damage consequences of 100, if the recognised Damage consequences shall be assessed in accordance with the following provisions, with at least 130 points, or if they are entitled to a care allowance at least after Stage III. § 2

(1) The point assessment shall be based on the level of the degree of damage which the individual recognised effects of the damage cause are to be considered. However, it is only the level of the degree of damage caused by the assessment in accordance with § 30 (1) of the Federal Supply Act. (2) Effects of damage caused by an organ system to extremities or to others. Organ systems are evaluated in the limbs or organ systems that are damaged in their function. Several damage sequences on one arm or on one leg or on an organ system are to be considered as a consequence of damage. (3) Organ systems within the meaning of this Regulation are respiration, cardiovascular, digestive, Harnapparat, sex apparatus, blood including blood-forming tissue and immune system, internal secretion, vision, hearing, speech, smell including taste, strain (function of posture and protection of the internal organs), head (function of embossment of appearance, formation of the Head caves and the protection of the brain), brain area I (function of the nature of the brain) (4) A number of damage sequences shall be determined, the level of the degree of damage shall be determined for each individual sequence of damage. Damage consequences, which require a reduction of the earning capacity by less than 25 per cent, are not considered. (5) The evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with the degree of the consequences of the damage in whole points; in the case of damage consequences, the following shall be considered as follows: The degree of damage consequences of less than 45, but at least 25, shall be carried out in half a point. If two or more damage sequences with a degree of the damage sequences of at least 45 together result in at least 140 points, the score shall be assessed on whole points in the case of damage sequences with a degree of damage sequences of less than 45; at least 25. The individual results are to be counted together; in this connection, § 30 (1) sentence 2 of the Federal Supply Act shall be applied accordingly. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3

(1) The number of points determined in accordance with § 2 shall be:
1. if there are damage consequences on both legs, by 10 points,
if, however, both feet are missing or incapable of use, by 20 points,
2. if there are consequences of damage to both arms, by 20 points,
if, however, both hands are missing or incapable of use, by 40 points,
3. if a hand and a whole foot are missing or incapable of use, by 20 points,
4. if there are consequences for damage to two or more internal organ systems, by 20 points,
5. if blindness meets with further damage sequences, by 30 points,
6. if blindness meets with failure or almost complete failure of one or more other sensory organs, by 30 points

, This applies, with the exception of point 6, only if the consensational consequences of the damage are to be taken into account in accordance with § 2. (2) Inner organ systems within the meaning of paragraph 1 are respiration, cardiovascular, digestive, Harnapparat, sex apparatus, blood including blood-forming tissue and immune system, internal secretion as well as the brain in its entire function (without division into functional areas). § 4

If the claim for care allowance is of importance for the granting of the sword damage allowance, a upgrading of the care allowance shall be disregarded if it is not due to special economic additional expenses and overlapping with a non-contended condition damage caused by damage caused by damage to the environment. § 5

(1) Severe damage allowance shall be made
At least 130 points by Level I,
at least 160 points after Stage II,
At least 190 points after Stage III,
At least 220 points in accordance with stage IV,
with at least 250 points by level V,
at least 280 points After Stage VI

(2) A severe damage allowance due to the right to a care allowance shall be granted
in the case of care allowance after stage III
at least level I,
for care allowance according to level IV
at least level II,
in the case of a care allowance at level V
at least after stage III,
