Pursuant to section 1 (2) (b) in conjunction with Section 5 (2) of the Law on the Implementation of Statistics in the Field of Social Assistance, War Opal Care and Youth Welfare of 15 January 1963 (Bundesgesetzbl. 49), with the approval of the Federal Council, the Federal Government decrees: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

In the area of war victim welfare, additional statistics on benefits granted in the 1969 financial year pursuant to Section 27b of the Federal Supply Act or in the corresponding application of this provision shall be carried out as federal statistics. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

The additional statistics are covered
1.
Current and one-off benefits, broken down by the types of aid referred to in Section 3 of the Federal Social Assistance Act, as well as services in and outside institutions, homes and similar institutions,
2.
The name and age of the recipients of these services and their allocation to a particular recipient group.

§ 3

(1) The additional statistics shall be carried out in a representative manner with a selection rate of 50 per cent of the recipient of benefits within the meaning of § 1. (2) The authorities responsible for carrying out the war victim care shall be responsible for providing information. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4

This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Code of Transfer Law of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1) in conjunction with Section 6 of the Law on the Implementation of Statistics in the Field of Social Assistance, War Opal Care and Youth Assistance, also in the Land of Berlin. § 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1969.
