I.

Pursuant to Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the Notice of 27 February 1985 (BGBl. I p. 479) we assign to:
1.
The Deutsche Bundesbahn (German Federal Railways) is responsible for the legal representation of the German Federal Railways (Bundesbahndirektionen), the central offices (central offices), production, technology, accounting and data processing, the Bundesbahn-Zentralämter (central offices) and the Federal Railways Social Office appointed. This does not apply to cases in which the Board of Management or the head office of the German Federal Railways is the first to decide.
2.
For the railway bus business units, the Deutsche Bundesbahn (German Federal Railways) is responsible for the Federal Railway Directorates, in the district of which the rail bus business units are located.
In individual cases, we reserve the legal representation of the Deutsche Bundesbahn in the cases of the first sentence of number 1 and of the number 2 of this general order. Unofficial table of contents
