I.

In accordance with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 654), most recently by Article 2 (4) (b) of the Law of 21 June 2002 (BGBl). 2138), in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl). 675), the Federal Administrative Office shall be empowered to act on appeals against administrative acts, as well as the refusal of a claim in matters under the Federal Travel Costs Act, the Federal Transfer Costs Act, including the provisions of the Federal Government Act on the , in so far as it was responsible for the adoption of the administrative act or the rejection of the claim. In accordance with Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz), as amended by the March 31, 1999 Notice (BGBl. 675), the Federal Administrative Office shall be represented by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in administrative court proceedings in matters under the Federal Travel Covener Act, the Federal Law on the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany, including the Federal Law on Foreign Affairs, passed the separation money regulation.
