I.

On the basis of § § 172 and 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the 22. October 1965 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1776) and § 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Law on the Law of the Civil Service, as amended by the 22. October 1965 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1754), both last amended by the Fifth Law amending Civil Service and Law of Law of 19 July 1968 (Bundesgesetzbl.). 848), I transfer to the Federal Insurance Office the decision on inconsistencies with regard to administrative acts adopted by him in the field of travel expenses and the representation of the servant of the Federal Insurance Office in the case of actions for this administrative act.
