I. Opposition procedure
According to § 126 (3) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160) will be the subject of the first sentence of § 12 (1) of the Regulation on the training and examination of the Federal Government's upper non-technical service in the social security system of 22 November 2010 (BGBl. I p. 1625), the Audit Committee had the power to address the objections of the Federal Insurance Office (Bundesversicherungsamt) to government inspectors against measures taken by the Audit Committee in accordance with the above-mentioned Regulation to be decided.

II. Administrative procedure
According to § 127 paragraph 3 sentence 1 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160) will be transferred to the Federal Insurance Office (Bundesversicherungsamt) for the representation of the Dienstherrn in administrative proceedings of the Federal Insurance Office (Bundesversicherungsamt) in the case of government inspectors who are employed by the Federal Insurance Office, in so far as the first sentence of § 12 (1) The Audit Committee established in Section I of the Regulation has decided on the opposition.

This arrangement shall enter into force on the day following the publication.
