Regulation of vocational training to the brush and brush maker to the brush and brush maker (brush and brush maker training regulation BürstPiAusbV) / BürstPiAusbV Ausfertigung date: 14.12.1984 full quotation: "brush and brush maker training regulation of 14 December 1984 (BGBl. I p. 2525) is changed and on the basis of § 25 of the handicrafts Regulation Act as amended by the notice of December 28, 1965 (BGBl. 1966 I p. 1) , last by section 25 No. 1 of the Act of 24 August 1976 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 2525) changed, is prescribed in the agreement with the Federal Minister for education and Science: article 1 scope this Regulation shall apply for the vocational training in the apprenticeship of brush and brush maker/brush and brush maker craft item and for vocational training in the apprenticeship recognized pursuant to section 2.

Section 2 State recognition of the profession of education the education profession brush and brush maker/brush and brush maker is State-recognized.

§ 3 fields of study duration training takes three years. 1 production of brushes and 2 brush manufacturing can be selected for the third year of training between the disciplines.

§ 4 education profession at least the following skills and knowledge are (1) the subject of the vocational training: 1. vocational education and training 2. and organization of training operation, 3. labour and collective bargaining law, occupational safety and health, 4. accident prevention, environmental protection and rational use of energy, 5. reading simple drawings and making sketches, 6 process of loading materials, 7 processing of wood and plastic accessories, 8 processing of metals, 9 processing of auxiliary materials, 10 manufacture of simple brushes , 11 maintain by hand, 12 knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment on machines, 13 setting up, operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery, 14 monitoring of the production process, production control.
(2) at least the following skills and knowledge are the vocational training in the disciplines subject to: 1. in the field of brush manufacture: a) types, properties and storage of raw materials and Assembly material, b) manufacture of brushes;
2. in the field of brush manufacture: a) types, properties and storage of raw materials and Assembly material, b) manufacture of quality brushes.

§ 5 training curriculum skills and knowledge according to § 4 should according to the included instructions for the factual and temporal structure of vocational training (training curriculum) to be taught in the plant. (3) to demonstrate of the knowledge of the DUT in the test subjects shall be checked in writing technology, technical mathematics, technical drawing, as well as economic and social studies. Questions and tasks in particular from the following areas considered are: 1 in the examination technology: a) accident prevention, environmental protection and rational use of energy, b) types, properties and use of Assembly materials, c) types and use of auxiliary materials, d) manufacture of brushes and brushes, e) manufacturing machines and drive types.
2. in the examination of technical mathematics: a) material calculations, b) wage calculations, c) mixture invoices;
3. in the audit professional technical drawing: a) sketch with dimensions and tolerances, b) scale drawing;
4. in the audit professional of economic and social studies: general economic and social contexts of professional and working world.
The questions and tasks should take into account also practical cases.
(4) for the written knowledge test is by following time limits: 1 in the audit specialist technology 120 minutes, 2nd in the test subject of technical mathematics 90 minutes, 3. in the audit professional drafting 90 minutes, 4th in the testing trade economic and social studies 60 minutes.

§ 10 the previously established professions, Berufsbildungspläne and examination requirements for the skilled trade, Anlernberufe and similar regulated occupations, which are laid down in this regulation are repeal of regulations in particular for brush and brush maker and Borstpinselmacher, trainee positions to apply no longer subject to section 11.

§ 11 the existing regulations continue to apply transitional vocational training relationships that exist in the entry into force of this regulation, are, unless the parties agree on the application of the provisions of this regulation.

(b) the competent authority may admit exceptions to the education regulations according to § 25 of the Act until December 31, 1995 when even the requirements of technical rules cannot be met. The exceptions are limited in time. The Federal Minister of economics or of otherwise competent Ministers may pursuant to sentence 1 restrict the authority in consultation with the Federal Minister of education and science by legal Ordinance which shall not require the consent of the Federal Council, or revoke.
(c) the rules in training regulations according to § 25 of the law on training at inter-company training centres (section 27 of the Act) are not applied if the competent authority determines that such training is not possible.
(d) upon entry into force of the Act on the entry into force of the vocational training Act of the Federal Republic of Germany in the German Democratic Republic - IGBBiG - of 19 July 1990 (Coll. I no. 50 p. 907) existing apprenticeships be completed under the new rules, unless that an education is not possible under the new rules or the apprentice specifically wants a continuation under the previous rules. (g) the establishments are obliged practical vocational training suitably to maintain, as necessary for the fulfilment of apprenticeship contracts, before entry into force of the Act on the entry into force of the vocational training Act of the Federal Republic of Germany in the German Democratic Republic - JGBBiG - of 19 July 1990 (Coll.
