This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of Section 25 of the Vocational Training Act. The training regulations and the coordinated framework curriculum for the vocational school, agreed by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany, will soon be published as a supplement to the Federal Gazette.

Pursuant to Section 25 (1) in conjunction with Section 2, Sentence 1, of the Vocational Training Act of 14 August 1969 (BGBl. 1112), as last amended by Article 35 of the Regulation of 21 September 1997 (BGBl. 2390), in conjunction with Article 56 of the Jurisdiction Adjustment Act of 18 March 1975 (BGBl I). 705) and the organisational decree of 27. § 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

The training profession stage painter and sculptor/stage painter and sculptor is recognized by the state. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Training period, subject areas

The training lasts three years. It can be chosen between the fields of painting and plastic. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Training profession

(1) The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:
1.
Vocational training, labour and collective bargaining,
2.
Establishment and organisation of training activities,
3.
safety and health protection at work,
4.
environmental protection,
5.
Develop design concepts,
6.
Plan, calculate and organize the work,
7.
Manufacture of designs and models,
8.
Manufacture of technical drawings,
9.
Edit surfaces and substrates,
10.
Make writings, signs and ornaments,
11.
Check work results.
(2) The subject-matter of vocational training in the field of painting shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:
1.
Mixing colors and tuning to the lighting,
2.
Make copies and Imitates,
3.
Preparing stage paintings,
4.
Production of stage paintings.
(3) The subject of vocational training in the field of plastic is at least the following skills and knowledge:
1.
Select and apply materials and techniques
2.
Multiply of plastic elements,
3.
Apply adhesive and bonding techniques
4.
Copy and Imit,
5.
Manufacture of plastic elements.

§ 4 Training framework plan

(1) The skills and knowledge according to § 3 shall be mediated in accordance with the guidance on the factual and temporal structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. A material and time breakdown of the content of the training, which differs from the training framework plan, is permitted, in particular, where special operational characteristics require the deviation. (2) The skills referred to in this Regulation, and Knowledge is to be taught in such a way that the trainee is qualified to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of § 1 para. 2 of the Vocational Training Act, which in particular is independent planning, carrying out and controlling is included. § 5 Training plan

§ 6 Report Bulletin

§ 7 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It shall take place before the end of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills and knowledge referred to in the Annex for the first year of training and the third half-year of training, as well as the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex. § 8 Final examination in the field of painting

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material taught in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (2) The test shall be carried out in practical terms. Perform four practical tasks according to templates for a maximum of 20 hours in total. In doing so, the test piece should show that it can independently plan the workflow, recognize the working relationship and control the task performed.
In particular, the following shall be considered:
1.
Make a painting,
2.
Make a decoration with typographic means,
3.
Make a free hand drawing,
4.
Painting of a wrinkled sausage.
(3) The examinee shall be examined in the written part of the examination in the examination areas of design, work planning and execution as well as economic and social studies. Tasks are to be considered, in particular from the following areas:
1.
in the examination area Design:
a)
design, art history and cultural contexts,
b)
design implementation possibilities for decorations;
2.
Work planning and execution in the examination area:
a)
Calculation of material, working time and time constraints,
b)
Properties, working and processing of materials as well as production-related correlations,
c)
Measures on safety and health at work and environmental protection;
3.
in the examination area Economic and social studies: general economic and social relationships of the working and working world.
(4) The written examination shall not exceed:
in the examination area Design 120 minutes,
Work planning and execution in the examination area 90 minutes,
in the examination area Economic and social studies 60 minutes.
(5) The written part of the examination shall be supplemented, at the request of the examinee or at the discretion of the examination board, in an examination area by an oral examination, if the examination board may give a rash for the existence of the examination. The written part of the examination has a double weight compared to the oral examination. (6) Within the written part of the examination, the examination areas are to be weighted as follows:
1. Design Review Area 50 of the hundred,
2. Audit area Work planning and execution 30 of the hundred,
3. Examination area Economic and social studies 20 of the hundred.
(7) The examination has been passed if at least sufficient services are provided in the practical and written part of the examination as well as within the written part of the examination in the examination area. Unofficial table of contents

§ 9 Final examination in the field of Plastic

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material taught in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. In particular, the following shall be considered:

Carving of a historical relief with at least one figure including a wrinkle or ornamentation,
2.

3.
Manufacture a material imitation,
4.
Modeling of an ornament in free hand technology.
(3) The examinee shall be examined in the written part of the examination in the examination areas of design, work planning and execution as well as economic and social studies. Tasks are to be considered, in particular from the following areas:
1.
in the examination area Design:
a)
design, art history and cultural contexts,
b)
design implementation possibilities for decorations;
2.
Work planning and execution in the examination area:
a)
Calculation of material, working time and time constraints,
b)
Properties, working and processing of materials as well as production-related correlations,
c)
Measures on safety and health at work and environmental protection;
3.
in the examination area Economic and social studies: general economic and social relationships of the working and working world.
(4) The written examination shall not exceed:

Section 10 Entry into force
