Pursuant to Article 25 (1), first sentence, in conjunction with sections 26 (1) and 2 (1) (2), (3) and (7) of the Craft Regulations, of which Article 25 (1) was last amended by Article 146 of the Regulation of 31 December 2008. § 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

In accordance with § 25 of the Craft Code, the training profession of the bookmaker and the bookmaker is recognized by the State of Crafts for training in the trades 22 of Appendix A of the Handwerksordnung (Craft Regulations). Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Duration of vocational training

§ 3 Training framework plan, vocational training programme

(1) The subject-matter of vocational training shall be at least the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the training framework plan (Appendix) (professional capacity for action). An organization of the training, which deviates from the training framework plan, is allowed in particular, insofar as the particularities of the company's practical experience require the deviation. § 4 Implementation of vocational training

(1) The skills, knowledge and skills referred to in this Regulation shall be taught in such a way as to enable trainees to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (3) of the Vocational Training Act. , which includes, in particular, independent planning, implementation and control. This qualification is to be proved in examinations according to § § 5 to 7. (2) The trainees have to draw up a training plan on the basis of the training framework plan for the trainees. (3) The trainees have a written form Evidence of formal qualifications. They should be given the opportunity to carry out the written evidence of formal qualifications during the training period. § 5 Gesellenprüfung

(1) The journeyman's examination consists of the two temporally diverted parts 1 and 2. The journeyman's examination shall determine whether the examinee has acquired the professional capacity to act within the meaning of Section 1 (3) of the Vocational Training Act. In the journeyman's examination, the examiner is to prove that he has the necessary professional skills, has the necessary professional knowledge and skills and is able to use the skills required in the vocational education and training course for which he/she is responsible. Vocational training is familiar to essential teaching materials. In this case, qualifications which have already been the subject of Part 1 of the journeyman's examination are to be included in Part 2 of the journeyman's examination only to the extent necessary for the identification of the professional qualification. Section 6 Part 1 of the journeyman's examination

(1) Part 1 of the journeyman's examination shall take place before the end of the second year of training. Section 7 Part 2 of the journeyman's examination

(1) Part 2 of the journeyman's examination shall cover the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the Annex, and the teaching material to be provided in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential to vocational training. (2) Part 2 of the Gesellenprüfung consists of the examination areas:
1.
production and assembly technology,
2.
maintenance technology,
3.
Manufacturing and weapons technology,
4.
Economic and social studies.
(3) The following guidelines exist for the examination area Manufacturing and assembly technology:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
Planning work processes independently of economic, technical, organizational and time constraints and planning material,
b)
Manually manufacture workpieces,
c)
fit construction or weapon parts, assemble and adjust assemblies, apply joint and assembly techniques, and
d)
Performing heat treatments
may;
2.
the examination area shall be based on the following activities:
a)
Manufacture and assemble one or more functional assemblies for firearms and
b)
one of the following activities:
aa)
fit and connect related construction or weapon parts made of different materials, or
bb)
assemble and adjust optical devices, or
cc)
Assemble firearms and test them for function;
3.
the test item shall be a test piece for each of the numbers 2a and 2b;
4.
the exam time is 40 hours.
(4) The following guidelines exist for the examination area of maintenance technology:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
systematically detect and correct errors and incidents in firearms,
b)
Rework or replace assemblies and weapon parts,
c)
Carry out and evaluate weapons-technical measurements and tests,
d)
take account of the provisions of the
e)
advise customers and
f)
take account of safety and health protection at work
may;
2.
the examination area shall be based on the maintenance of a firearm or the completion of an assembly;
3.
the examinee is to carry out a work task and conduct a situational expert discussion on this subject;
4.
The examination time is seven hours, within this time the situational dialogue should take no more than 15 minutes.
(5) The following guidelines exist for the examination area of manufacturing and weapon technology:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
the technical construction of modern and historical firearms, and describe the properties of ammunition,
b)
to constitute provisions of arms law,
c)
evaluate ballistic process parameters,
d)
Calculate tensile, compressive and shear strength as well as production and working times,
e)
Assess the properties and use of materials and excipients,
f)
Describe possibilities for the treatment and protection of the surfaces of weapon parts,
g)
Represent possibilities for the processing of components on computer-controlled machine tools,
h)
Represent subject-related problems and their solutions
may;
2.
the examination area shall be based on the establishment and maintenance of firearms;
3.
the examinee shall process case-oriented tasks in writing;
4.
the exam time is 240 minutes.
(6) The following guidelines exist for the examination area of economic and social studies:
1.
the examinee is to prove that he is able to present and assess the general economic and social relationships of the working and working world;
2.

§ 8 Rules on weightings and regulations

(1) The examination areas shall be weighted as follows:

(2) The journeyman's examination has been passed if the benefits have been evaluated as follows:
1.
in the overall result of Parts 1 and 2, with at least "sufficient",
2.
as a result of Part 2 of the journeyman's examination, at least "sufficient",
3.
in at least three areas of examination of Part 2, with at least "sufficient" and
4.
in no examination area of Part 2 with "insufficient".
(3) At the request of the examinee, the examination in the examination area "Production and weapon technology" or "economic and social studies", if it has been evaluated worse than "sufficient", shall be supplemented by an oral examination of approximately 15 minutes if: This may be the case for the passing of the test. In determining the result for this examination area, the previous result and the result of the oral supplementary examination in the ratio 2: 1 are to be weighted. Unofficial table of contents

§ 9 Existing Vocational Training Conditions

By way of derogation from Article 25 (4) of the Craft Regulations, vocational training conditions which exist at the date of entry into force of this Regulation may be continued in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, taking into account the training period completed so far if the Contracting Parties agree to do so and no intermediate examination has yet been filed. Section 10 Entry into force, expiry of the external force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2010. At the same time, the Büchsenmacher-Training Ordinance of 6 April 1989 (BGBl. 682). Unofficial table of contents
