Pursuant to Article 40 of the Basic Law, in conjunction with Section 7 (2) of the Rules of Procedure of the German Bundestag, I have, in agreement with the Committee on Electoral Examination, Immunity and Rules of Procedure, the house order of 11 July 1975 in the Version of 18 June 1998 (BGBl. 2184), and make the amended house rules known in the version of 7 August 2002: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1 Scope

The buildings of the German Bundestag (= the administration of the German Bundestag to permanent or temporary buildings, parts of buildings and land, § 7 para. 2 GO-BT) are used for parliamentary work. § 2 Access authorization

(1) Access to buildings of the German Bundestag which are not accessible to the public

1.

a)

the members of the German Bundestag,

b)

the members of the Federal Government and the Federal Council, as well as their representatives,

c)

the Wehrcommissioner of the German Bundestag,

2.

Holders of a Bundestag certificate issued in accordance with paragraph 2 by the German Bundestag,

3.

the holder of a Bundestag certificate issued in accordance with paragraphs 3 to 6 of the German Bundestag on a legitimate occasion. As a Bundestag pass, the daily pass, the admission ticket and the Bundestag press pass are also valid.

(2) A Bundestag pass is obtained

1.

on the basis of their membership card

a)

the German Members of the European Parliament,

b)

professional members of the Enquet Commissions;

2.

former members of the German Bundestag on the basis of their former ID card,

3.

on the basis of their employment relationship

a)

the officials of the administration of the German Bundestag and of the Bundesrat,

b)

the staff of the political groups,

c)

the employees of the members of the German Bundestag,

d)

the staff of the German members of the European Parliament, who are employed in the offices of the German Bundestag,

e)

the staff of the Interparliamentary Working Group,

4.

the members of the G 10 Commission.

(3) A Bundestag pass can be obtained

1.

Holder of a

a)

Official ID of a top federal or state authority,

b)

Diplomatic passport,

c)

Official identification of the secretariat of the European Parliament or of the EU Commission,

if there is not only occasional visits,

2.

Employees of the media in the form of a Bundestag press card (daily or annual accreditation by the Press Center of the German Bundestag or elective period accreditation by the Press and Information Office of the German Bundestag) Federal Government in cooperation with the Press Centre of the German Bundestag).

For occasional visits, a photo ID (e.g., a photo ID) will be deposited (e.g. Passport, identity card) issued at the Pforte in each case a Bundestag pass in the form of a day pass for admission on the respective day. (6) Guests are entitled to the right of access on the basis of a legitimate event

(7) The validity period shall be clearly visible on the ID card.

The period of validity shall normally be the period until the end of the current calendar year.

§ 3 Chamber

§ 4 Behaviour in Buildings

(1) In the buildings of the German Bundestag, calm and order must be maintained. The visitors have to respect the dignity of the house and to take account of the work in the house. In particular, all acts which are likely to disturb the activities of the German Bundestag, its bodies, organs and bodies are not permitted. § 5 Special rules of conduct for visitors to meetings of the German Bundestag and its bodies

§ 6 Image and sound recordings, media

§ 7 Ordination of orders of orders, application of immediate coercion, prohibition of domestic use

(1) The responsible employees shall carry out the tasks of order and security required for the protection of parliamentary work; shall comply with their instructions. § 8 Special Events, Pachtbetriebe

(1) The President of the German Bundestag decides on the omission of rooms of the German Bundestag for events by authorities, organisations or other bodies. (2) If rooms in the buildings of the German Bundestag are left for events, the German Bundestag may require the organiser to do so only in the case of a public event. § 9 Library, archive, special facilities

Section 10 Final provisions
