The decision of the German Bundestag Waiver of immunity of Members of the Bundestag (Annex 6 to the CRP), as last amended by the Notice of 15 July 2002 (BGBl. 3012), is in accordance with the Rules of Procedure in the first paragraph of this Article. Meeting of the German Bundestag on 17 November October 2002 for the 15. Election period taken over.
