Advertisements according to the rules of conduct shall be submitted to the President within a period of three months after the acquisition of membership in the German Bundestag. The corresponding form is to be used. Information that is not intended for publication can also be made in letter form.
All amendments and additions during the parliamentary term shall be communicated no later than four weeks after they have entered into force. Unofficial table of contents

In the case of an indication of the professional activities referred to in Article 1 (1) (1) and (2) (1) of the Code of Conduct, detailed information on the employer (name and address) as well as on the nature and extent of the activity shall be communicated in the case of non-self-employed activities, self-employed activities as a trader, the nature of the business and the name and registered office of the firm and, in the case of liberal professions and other self-employed occupations, a precise description of the profession and place or place of business. The type of activity and the name and address of the company or organisation shall be communicated on an ad pursuant to § 1 (1) (2) and (3) and (2) (2) to (5) of the Code of Conduct. Activities in accordance with § 1 (1) (2) and (3) of the Code of Conduct, which have not been exercised for at least two years in the case of the acquisition of membership in the German Bundestag, are not taken into consideration in the case of the obligation to notify. In advertisements pursuant to Section 1 (2) No. 7 of the Code of Conduct, the nature of the activity as well as the name and address of the contracting authority must be communicated.
The obligation to provide an opinion on the reimbursement of expert opinions, for journalistic and preparatory activities shall not be required if the remuneration for one or more activities does not exceed EUR 3 000 a month or EUR 18 000 per year. Unofficial table of contents

A participation in a capital or personal company is subject to a notification if the member of the German Bundestag has more than 25% of the voting rights.
Regardless of this, participation in a personal company is always subject to notifiable notification if the value of the holding determined in accordance with the principles of the valuation law is the annual amount of the compensation for Members according to Article 11 (1) of the Secondment Act. Income from activities according to § 1 (2) (2) to (8) of the Code of Conduct shall be indicated if it exceeds EUR 3,000 per month or EUR 18,000 per year from one or more activities.
