Registration of associations and their representatives

(1) The President of the Bundestag shall list a public list in which all associations representing interests vis-à-vis the Bundestag or the Federal Government are registered. (2) A hearing of their representatives shall only take place if they become part of the public list. Have entered the list and have given the following information:

Name and seat of the association composition of the board of directors and the business management interest area of the association's membership number name of the association representatives and address of the office at the seat of the Bundestag and federal government.

(3) House cards for interest representatives shall only be issued if the information referred to in paragraph 2 has been made. (4) The entry in the list shall not constitute a claim for consultation or issue of a house card. (5) The list shall be from the President to be published annually in the Federal Gazette.
