Section 1 Contradictions in State aid matters

The responsibility for the decision on appeals by civil servants and their survivors in state aid matters is in agreement with the Federal Ministry of the Interior pursuant to Section 126 (3) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) the Federal Administrative Office, to the extent that this authority has taken the measure or has rejected it. § 2 Representation in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship in state aid matters

In accordance with § 127 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, the representation of the Dienstherrn in cases of claims arising from the civil servant relationship in state aid matters pursuant to § 1 shall be transferred to the Federal Administrative Office in accordance with Section 127 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act. § 3 conditional clause
