§ 1 Contribution rates in pension insurance

The contribution rate for 1997 is 26.9 of the hundred in the pension insurance of the workers and the employees 20.3 of the hundred and in the pension insurance scheme. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Contribution in the age-saving of farmers

(1) For the calendar year 1997, the contribution to farmers 'retirement insurance is 328 Deutsche Mark per month. (2) The contribution to farmers' retirement provision amounts to 282 German marks per month for the accession area for the calendar year 1997. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Contribution subsidy in the pension scheme of farmers

§ 4 conversion factors for pension provision in pension insurance

(1) The factors calculated on the basis of the provisional average fee and the contribution rate for the year 1997 are in 1997.
1. in the pension insurance of the workers and the employees for conversion
a) of pay points in contributions 10.922,6180,
by EntgeltPoints (East) in Contributions 9,385,3050,
b) of contributions, cash values, cover capitals and comparable cover reserves in remuneration points 0.0000915531,
by contributions in Entgeltpunkte (Ost) 0,0001065495,
2. in the crunic pension insurance scheme for conversion
a) of pay points in contributions 14,473,8140,
by EntgeltPoints (East) in Contributions 12.436.6850,
b) of contributions in remuneration points 0.0000690903,
by contributions in Entgeltpunkte (Ost) 0.0000804073.
(2) Points of remuneration shall be converted into contributions by multiplying them by the conversion factor determining at the time the contribution is made. (3) Contributions shall be converted into charges by means of the contributions at the time of the contribution. The conversion factor determining the contribution direction shall be multiplied. The conversion may also be carried out by dividing the contributions by the value of the factor, which would be decisive for the conversion of charges in contributions. (4) Cash values, cover capitals and comparable cover reserves shall be included in the Charges shall be converted by multiplying them by the conversion factor which is relevant for the date in which the insurance case is deemed to have occurred.
