§ 1 Contribution rates in pension insurance
The contribution rate for 1994 in the pension insurance of the workers and the employees is 19.2 of the hundred and in the clerk pension insurance 25.5 of the hundred.

§ 2 Adjustment of the current pension value (East)
The current pension value (East) is from 1 January 1994 to 33.34 Deutsche Mark.

§ 3 Adaptation factor in accident insurance
The cash benefits dependent on the annual earnings and the maintenance allowance of the statutory accident insurance for accidents at work within the meaning of § 1153 of the Reich Insurance Code, which occurred before 1 January 1994, shall become 1 January 1994. adjusted. § 4 Care allowance

§ 12 Repayment to the Deutsche Bundespost
