§ 1 Scope

The Federal Office for Information Security (Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik) (Federal Office for Information Technology) charges fees and outlays under this Regulation for individually attributable public services pursuant to § 3 (1) (3), (5), (6) and (7) of the BSI-Erdirectional Act. § 2 Fees and Deposits

(1) The fees shall be determined in accordance with the applicable charge list. Payments shall be made separately in accordance with § 23 (6) of the Federal Law on Fees. (2) Fees and charges shall also be levied if a request for the acceptance of a fee-based, individually attributable public service after the commencement of the payment of a fee is charged. the factual processing is withdrawn by the applicant, or an application is rejected for reasons other than because of lack of competence, or an administrative act is withdrawn or revoked. § 3 Calculation of fees

(1) Where fixed rates are not specified, the hourly rates indicated in the charge list shall be used in the calculation of the fee.
