I.

According to § 126 (3) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160) in conjunction with Section 46 of the German Law on Judges in the version of the notice dated 19 April 1972 (BGBl. 713), the Federal Office for Central Services and Open Property Issues shall be empowered to decide on appeals by employees of the Federal Social Court in matters of civil and judicial service law, to the extent that: The Federal Office for Central Services and Open Property Issues was responsible for the action taken. According to § 127 paragraph 3 sentence 1 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160) in conjunction with Section 46 of the German Law on Judges in the version of the notice dated 19 April 1972 (BGBl. 713), the Federal Office for Central Services and Open Property Issues shall transfer the representation of the Dienstherrn in the case of proceedings of employees of the Federal Social Court from the official or judicial relationship, to the extent that the Federal Office of Central Services for Central Services and Open Assets Services and open assets were empowered to take a decision on the appeal. This arrangement will take effect on 1 June 2011. Sections I and II are also applicable to the ongoing proceedings of the employees of the Federal Social Court. Unofficial table of contents
