I.

In accordance with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act and with Section 46 of the German Law on Judges, the Federal Administrative Office shall be empowered to act on appeals of employees of the Federal Office of Civil Service (Civil Service Law).
