§ 1 Contribution rates in pension insurance

The contribution rate for 2003 is 25.9 percent in the pension insurance of the workers and the employees 19.5 percent and in the clerk pension insurance scheme. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Payments for child-raising periods

The federal government pays an amount of 11,874,710,850 euros to the pension insurance of the workers and the employees for the year 2003 in order to pay the flat-rate payment for the contribution payment for child-raising periods.
