§ 1 Contribution rates in pension insurance

§ 2 conversion factors for the pension insurance pension scheme

(2) Points of remuneration are converted into contributions by multiplying them by the conversion factor that is the determining factor at the time of the contribution payment.(3) Contributions shall be converted into charges by multiplying them by the conversion factor which is the determining factor at the time of the contribution payment. The conversion can also be done by dividing the contributions by the value of the factor, which would be decisive for the conversion of pay points in contributions.(4) Cash values, cover capitals and comparable cover reserves are converted into pay points by multiplying them by the conversion factor which is relevant for the date in which the insurance case is deemed to have occurred. The conversion may also be carried out by dividing the cash values, cover capitals and comparable cover reserves by the value of the factor, which would be decisive for the conversion of pay points in contributions. § 3 Payments for children's education periods

The flat-rate payment for the contribution payment for child-raising periods is paid the federal government to the pension insurance of the workers and the employees for the year 2002 an amount of 11,614,934,173 Euro.
