On the basis of § 33 (2) of the Plant Variety Protection Act of 11 December 1985 (BGBl. 2170), which is defined by Article 2 of the Law of 23 July 1992 (BGBl. 1367), Section 54 (2) and Section 59a (2) of the Seed Transport Act of 20 August 1985 (BGBl). 1633), of which Article 54 of the Law of 23 July 1992 (BGBl I). 1367) and § 59a by Article 2 of the Law of 25 November 1993 (BGBl. Type 2 Transitional provision

Annual fees and monitoring fees pursuant to this Regulation shall be levied on 1 January 1995; examination fees pursuant to this Regulation shall be levied on the date of entry into force of this Regulation from the first date of Article 13 (1) sentence 2. Regulation follows. Up to this date, the fees shall be governed by the rules currently in force. Unofficial table of contents

Type 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 December 1994.
