The Pursuant to Section 6 (3) of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Council, the President of the Federal Council shall adopt the provisions of the Federal Council of 1. July 1966 (BGBl. 437), as amended by the 26. November 1993 (BGBl. 2007) The following general arrangement: unofficial table of contents

§ 1 Scope

This arrangement applies to all buildings, parts of buildings, and Plots of land used by the Federal Council to carry out its constitutional tasks. Non-official table of contents

§ 2 Access authorization

(1) Access to the buildings, parts of the building, and land according to § 1 have

a)

4.
People who have a Federal Council ID card.
(2) Access from a legitimate event is also permitted to persons who have been given the following information about
1.
a service pass from a top federal or state authority,
2.
a Diplomat Pass of Group D (Diplomat) or IO (International Organizations),
3.
a Annual press pass of the German Bundestag, an annual accreditation of the Press and Information Office of the Federal Government or a day accreditation of the Federal Council
Germany.(3) Other individual visitors shall be granted access on the basis of
1.
of a visitor's note, which shall be a one-off temporary admission, issued at the exit point and returned there after the visit,
2.
a visitor's card ("admission card") of the Visitor Service, unless the Visitor Service has permitted access in any other way.
These persons have their identity-to the extent that they are not known without doubt-to prove their identity. If they are constantly accompanied by the persons entitled to access under paragraph 1 (1) (a) or by employees of the Secretariat of the Federal Council, the issue of a visitor ticket or a visitor card may be waiver.(4) Visitor groups receive access accompanied by employees of the Secretariat of the Federal Council, who are responsible for their supervision. They shall be responsible for ensuring that only the members of the respective visitors 'group are granted access to the Pfortendienst and, if the group of visitors is led, to ensure that only the members of the respective visitors' group are granted access.(5) At the request of the order staff (§ 5), all persons who are in the area of the Federal Council according to § 1 have to prove their entitlement to access. § 3 Chamber of Contents

§ 4 Code of conduct

§ 5 Order personnel

(1) The Federal Council's administrative staff members are

§ 6 Tasks and powers of the order person
