§ 1

(1) § 206 (1) sentence 1 of the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung) shall apply to the members of the professions and territories referred to in Appendix 1 to this Regulation. (2) § 206 (2) sentence 1 of the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung) is to be applied to the in Annex 2 to this Regulation, to the professionals of the States designated in that Regulation. § 2
