Pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Soldatengesetz (Soldatengesetz) in the version of the notice dated 22 April 1969 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 313) I order: Unofficial table of contents

Species 1

(1) I am entitled to the appointment and dismissal of the officers belonging to the Rules of Remuneration. (2) In the rest, I transfer the exercise of my powers to the Federal Minister of Defense. The exercise of these powers may be transferred to other bodies. Section 29 (5) of the German Code of Military Law remains unaffected. (3) For special cases, I also hold the appointment and dismissal in cases in which I have delegated the exercise of my powers. Unofficial table of contents

The provisions necessary for the implementation of this order shall be adopted by the Federal Ministers of Defence and of the Interior. Unofficial table of contents

This order shall enter into force on the day following its announcement.
