On the occasion of the 50th Years of the end of the Second World War finds

8 May 1995

a state act in the Schauspielhaus in Berlin.
In agreement with the Federal Chancellor, the President of the German Bundestag, the President of the Federal Council, and the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, the Federal Government is invited to present the State Act.
