I.

On the basis of Article I of the Order of the Federal President on the appointment and dismissal of the federal civil servants and federal judges of 17 May 1950 (Federal Law Gazette). 209) supplemented by the order of 13 June 1953 (Bundesgesetzbl. 383), I am revoking the exercise of the right of appointment and dismissal of the scheduled officials of grades A 1 to A 10 and of the corresponding non-scheduled officials
the President
the Central Office of Telecommunications, the Postal Central Office, the Social Office of the Deutsche Bundespost, the Oberpostdirectorates, and
the President of the Federal Printing Office
for their service area.
