(2) male and female police officers of the Federation in the sense of § 1 para 1 sentence 1 of the German Federal Police officers Act are also male and female civil servants: 1. the President of a Federal Police Directorate or the President of a Federal Police Directorate, 2. the President of the Federal Police Academy or the President of the Federal Police Academy, 3. the Vice-President at the Federal Police Headquarters or the Vice President at the Federal Police Headquarters, 4. the President of the federal police regional headquarters or the President of the federal police regional headquarters , 5. the President of the Federal Criminal Police Office or the President of the federal criminal, 6 Police Office the Inspekteurin of the standby police forces of the countries or the Inspector of the standby police forces of the countries and 7 the Vice President of the Federal Criminal Police Office or the Vice President of the federal criminal, 8 Police Office the Vice President a Federal Police Directorate or the Vice President of a Federal Police Directorate, 9 the Director in the federal police or the Director of the Federal Police, when the last official , which they had held before the transfer of the Office, was a police law enforcement officer or a police officers.

Article 2 entry into force this regulation enters into force on the day after the announcement.
