On the basis of Section 1 (1) of the Federal Police Officials Act of 3 June 1976 (BGBl. 1357), as last amended by Article 3 of the Law of 29 June 1998 (BGBl I). I p. 1666), the Federal Ministry of the Interior is ordering: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1 Federal Police enforcement officers and police officers

(1) The following officials ' groups belong to the police officers and police officers in the sense of Section 1 (1) sentence 2 of the Federal Police Officer Act:

the police chief or the police officer,
2.
the police masterpiece for the job (e.g. A.) or the police officer for the job (e.g. A.),
3.
the police master, or the police officer,
4.
the police chief or the police chief,
5.
the chief police officer, or the chief police officer,
6.

the police commissioner or the police commissioner,
9.
the police commissioner for the job (e.g. A.) or the Police Commissioner for the appointment (e.g. A.),
10.
The police commissioner, or the police commissioner,
11.
The Police Commissioner or the Police High Commissioner,
12.
the police chief commissioner or the police chief commissioner,
13.
The First Police Chief Commissioner, or the First Police Commissioner,
14.
the police officer, or the police officer,
15.
the police counsellor for the job (e.g. A.) or the Police Council (e.g. A.),
16.
the police counsel or the police council,
17.
the medical officer in the federal police department or the medical council in the federal police,

the leading crime director, or the leading crime director,
35.
the President of the Abbey (as head of a criminal police department of the Federal Criminal Police Office) or the Abpartite President (as head of a criminal police department of the Federal Criminal Police Office) and
36.
the Director of the Federal Criminal Police Office (as head of a department or an especially large and particularly important criminal police department) or the director of the Federal Criminal Police Office (as head of a department of criminal law) (as head of a federal criminal law department). Department or a particularly large and particularly important criminal police department, to be evaluated.
(2) Police officers of law enforcement officers of the Federal Government within the meaning of Section 1 (1) sentence 1 of the Federal Police Service Act shall also be the following officials:
1.
the president of a federal police directorate or the president of a federal police department,
2.
the President of the Federal Police College, or the President of the Federal Police College,
3.
the Vice-President of the Federal Police Presidium or the Vice-President of the Federal Police Presidium,
4.
the President of the Federal Police Bureau, or the President of the Federal Police Bureau,
5.
the President of the Federal Criminal Police Office or the President of the Federal Criminal Police Office,
6.
the inspectors of the riot police of the countries or the inspectors of the riot police of the countries and
7.
the Vice-President of the Federal Criminal Police Office or the Vice-President of the Federal Criminal Police Office,
8.
the Vice-President of a Federal Police Directorate, or the Vice-President of a Federal Police Directorate,
9.
the director in the federal police department or the director in the federal police,
if the last office they held prior to the transfer of this office was an office of a law enforcement officer or of a law enforcement officer. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after the date of delivery.
