I.

In accordance with Section 126 (3) (2) of the Law on the Law of the Civil Service, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 654), in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. I p. 675), I transfer the decision on inconsistencies in matters under the federal state aid rules to the Federal Office of Finance, insofar as it has itself taken the measure which is the subject of the appeal. In accordance with Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz), as amended by the March 31, 1999 Notice (BGBl. 675), I transfer the representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Federal Office of Finance, in so far as it was empowered to take a decision on the opposition in accordance with point I.
