(4) in the section "Special educational functions" the qualifications referred to in section 9 shall be checked. The test is performed as project work, presentation and technical discussion. In this context the following qualification content can be checked: 1. analysis of market and technology development, the labour market situation in relation to the skills needs of the target group, as well as analysis of educational policy and education legal framework and options for action, 2 identification of business short, medium - and long-term training needs, 3. planning of promotional measures, candidate extraction and the winning of the participants, 4. planning of cooperation with educational networks, development partners and customers, 5. implementation of education and training systems , 6. planning of education and qualification programmes and measures, 7 planning of the Organization of learning sites and learning media.
(3) in the action area "Management processes", the ability to be assigned to market and customer requirements to prepare operational and professional formation processes, to calculate, to apply and to place in the market. In this context the following qualification content can be checked: 1. strategic management by areas of education, 2. strategic planning of educational products and educational marketing, 3. management including controlling vocational and occupational education processes in companies, 4. quality management, 5. personnel management, personnel management and development team performance, 6 innovation and restructuring management, development of new strategic approaches, 7 cooperation management, 8 financial planning using funding programmes and funding.
