Pursuant to § 4 (1) in conjunction with § 5 of the Vocational Training Act, of which § 4 (1) is replaced by Article 232 (1) of the Regulation of 31 December 2008. § 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

The training occupation of the boat builder and the boat builder will be

pursuant to Section 4 (1) of the Vocational Training Act
and
2.
In accordance with § 25 of the Craft Code of Crafts for Industry Number 28 "Boots-und Schiffbauer" (Boots-und Schiffbauer) of Appendix A of the Craft Regulations

§ 2 Duration of vocational training

§ 3 Structure of vocational training

Vocational training is divided into joint training contents and training in one of the disciplines.

§ 5 Implementation of vocational training

(1) The skills, knowledge and skills referred to in this Regulation shall be taught in such a way as to enable trainees to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (3) of the Vocational Training Act. , which includes, in particular, independent planning, implementation and control. This qualification must also be proved in the examinations according to § § 6 to 8 and 10. (2) The trainees have to draw up a training plan on the basis of the training framework plan for the trainees. (3) The trainees have a to provide written evidence of formal qualifications. They should be given the opportunity to carry out the written evidence of formal qualifications during the training period. § 6 Journeyman Examination, Final Examination

(1) The final examination consists of the two temporally diverted parts 1 and 2. The final examination shall determine whether the examinee has acquired the professional capacity to act. In the final examination, the auditor is to prove that he/she is able to master the professional skills required for this purpose, possess the necessary professional knowledge and skills and with that in the course of vocational education and training. In the case of vocational training, essential teaching materials are familiar. The training regulations should be based on. In this case, qualifications which have already been the subject of Part 1 of the final examination or final examination shall only be included in Part 2 of the final examination or final examination in so far as it is necessary for the determination of the professional qualification. 4.
the examination time is seven hours in total; within this period, the job-related expert discussion is to be carried out in a maximum of 15 minutes as well as the written processing of the tasks in 60 minutes.

§ 8 Part 2 of the Gesellen-or final examination in the speciality New, off-and conversion

(1) Part 2 of the final examination or final examination shall cover the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material to be mediated in the course of vocational education, insofar as it is essential for vocational training. (2) Part 2 of the final examination is made up of the examination areas:
1.
Work Order II,
2.
planning and manufacturing,
3.
Assembly and maintenance,
4.
Economic and social studies.
(3) The following guidelines exist for the examination area Working Order II:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
Collect work orders, schedule work flows,
b)
Define manufacturing methods for structural and statically relevant components,
c)
Manufacture or repair body parts or assemblies made of different materials,
d)
Set surface treatment measures and treat surfaces,
e)
apply quality assurance measures;
f)
take account of work organisation, safety and health protection at work, environmental protection, customer orientation, economic efficiency and quality assurance,
g)
Show the technical background relevant to the examination task and justify the course of action
may;
2.
the examination area shall be based on the following activities: manufacture or repair of a torso or assembly using different materials;
3.
the test piece is to produce a test piece, document it with practical documents and carry out an order-related expert discussion on the subject;
4.
The examination time is 24 hours in total; within this period, the order-related expert discussion will take place in a maximum of 20 minutes.
(4) The following guidelines exist for the examination area Planning and Manufacturing:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)

the examinee is to process practical tasks in writing;
3.
the exam time is 120 minutes.
(5) For the examination area Installation and maintenance the following specifications exist:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it may represent the following requirements:
a)
Assemble hatches, windows and cover fittings,
b)
Set up, align and secure the masts,
c)
Install technical equipment, equipment and systems,
d)
Check and repair surfaces,
e)
Carry out maintenance work,
f)
Transport and store boats;
2.
the examinee is to process practical tasks in writing;
3.
the exam time is 120 minutes.
(6) The following guidelines exist for the examination area of economic and social studies:
1.
The purpose of the audit is to demonstrate that it is capable of presenting and assessing the general economic and social context of the working and working world;
2.
the examinee is to process practical tasks in writing;
3.
the exam time is 60 minutes.

§ 9 Rules on the weight and the existence of the specials in the new, off-and remodeling

(1) The examination areas shall be weighted as follows:

1. Examination Area Work Order I 25 percent,

2. Examination Area Work Order II 35 percent,

3. Examination area Planning and manufacturing 15 percent,

4. Examination area Installation and maintenance 15 percent,

5. Examination area Economic and social studies 10 percent.
(2) The auditor or final examination has been passed if the services are
1.
in the overall result of Parts 1 and 2, with at least "sufficient",
2.
in the examination area, work order II with at least "sufficient",
3.
as a result of Part 2, with at least "sufficient",
4.
in at least two of the other examination areas in Part 2, with at least "sufficient" and
5.
in no examination area of Part 2 with "insufficient"
(3) At the request of the examinee, the examination in one of the examination areas "Planning and Manufacturing", "Installation and Maintenance", which is less than "sufficient" in Part 2 of the Gesellen or final examination, and "Economic and social studies" shall be supplemented by an oral examination of approximately 15 minutes if this may be the case for the passing of the examination. In determining the result for this examination area, the previous result and the result of the oral supplementary examination in the ratio of 2: 1 are to be weighted. Unofficial table of contents

§ 10 Part 2 of the Gesellen-or final examination in the technical field

(1) Part 2 of the final examination or final examination shall cover the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material to be mediated in the course of vocational education, insofar as it is essential for vocational training. (2) Part 2 of the final examination is made up of the examination areas:

the following activities shall be taken as the basis for the examination area: installation, testing and repair of technical installations, systems and on-board equipment, as well as for the internal and external activities of the examination;
3.
the examinee is to carry out four work samples, document them with practical documents, and conduct a situational expert discussion on this;
4.
The examination time is twelve hours in total; within this time, the situational discussion will take place in a maximum of 20 minutes.
(4) The following guidelines exist for the examination area Planning, Installation and Installation:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is

§ 11 Rules for the weight and the existence of technology in the technical field

(1) The examination areas shall be weighted as follows:

(3) At the request of the examinee, the examination in one of the examination areas assessed in Part 2 of the Gesellen or the final examination with a bad "sufficient" is "Planning, assembly and installation", " Search for faults and 'and' economic and social studies ' shall be supplemented by an oral examination of approximately 15 minutes if this may be the case for the passing of the examination. In determining the result for this examination area, the previous result and the result of the oral supplementary examination in the ratio of 2: 1 are to be weighted. Unofficial table of contents

§ 12 Existing Vocational Training Conditions

Vocational training conditions which exist at the date of entry into force of this Regulation may be continued in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, taking into account the training period previously completed, if the Contracting Parties agree to this. Unofficial table of contents

Section 13 Entry into force, external force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2011. At the same time, the regulation on vocational training to the boat builder takes place on 26 June 2000 (BGBl. 987). Unofficial table of contents
