June 1974 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1281), shall be assigned with the consent of the Federal Council:

§ 1 Scope

(1) The regulation applies to companies, transport passengers with motor vehicles or trolleybuses as far as they are subject to the provisions of the Passenger Transport Act.(2) § § 2, 3, 6 to 9, § § 14 to 19, 20 para. 1 no. 1, § § 21, 22, 33 para. 4 and 5, § § 41, 42, § 45 subsection 1 no. 1, 4, 5 letters b to f, o, r and s, para. 2 nos. 1, 4, 5 letters a and c, no. 6, § 47 (1) No. 1 to 3 shall apply accordingly to Carriage according to § 1 No. 4 (d), (g) and (i) of the exemption regulation of 30 August 1962 (BGBl. 601), as last amended by Article 1 of the Second Regulation amending the rules on the movement of persons to be covered by the 30. § 4 Operations Manager

(1) The entrepre may be responsible for the performance of the tasks assigned to him under Section 3, without prejudice to his/her own Responsible for ordering a plant manager. It shall be granted where the reliability is given, in particular where the knowledge and experience required for the technical management of the establishment and the management of the administration are established.(5) The confirmation shall be withdrawn if the condition set out in the second sentence of paragraph 4 has not been provided in the case of its grant. The approval authority shall be able to withdraw from the withdrawal if the defect no longer exists.(6) The confirmation shall be revoked if the condition set out in the second sentence of paragraph 4 has subsequently been omitted. § 9 Behavior in the event of illness

§ 33 Labelling and signage

§ 43 Exceptions

(1) Administrative Offences in the sense of Section 61 (1) No. 4 of the PBefG act, who intentionally or negligently as an entreptite

§ 27 para. 1 about keeping order number,

§ 28 on travel price indicators,

§ 30 on wayside counter,

§ 31 on the use of vehicles with a permit for the Taxi and rental car transport,
