The training regulations and the coordinated framework curriculum for vocational schools agreed by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany will soon be considered a supplement in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) published.

The reason for the first sentence of § 25 (1) in conjunction with Article 26 (1) and the first sentence of the first sentence of Article 26 (1) of the Rules of Craft Act, of which Article 25 (1) was last amended by Article 146 of the Regulation of 31 December 2008. § 1 State recognition of the training profession

The training profession of the Böttcher and the Böttcherin will be trained in accordance with § 25 of the Craft Code Trade Number 17, Böttcher, Annex B, Section 1 of the Rules of Crafts of the Craft Sector. Non-official table of contents

§ 2 Duration of vocational training

§ 3 Training framework plan, training professional image

(1) The subject of vocational training shall be at least the subject of the Training framework (Appendix) skills, knowledge and skills (professional capacity to act). An organization of the training which deviates from the training framework plan is particularly permissible, insofar as special operational features require the deviation.(2) Vocational training on the Böttcher and the Böttcherin is broken down as follows:

§ 4 Implementation of vocational training

(1) The skills referred to in this Regulation, Knowledge and skills are to be taught in such a way that the trainees are qualified to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (3) of the Vocational Training Act, which in particular is self-sufficient in planning, Carry out and control. § 5 Intermediate Review

§ 6 journeyman review

(3) For the Planning and Manufacturing Examination area, the following specifications exist:

The test object is to prove that it

apply technical documentation,

pointing out the technical background relevant to the audit task and how to do this

The scope of the examination must be based on the planning and manufacture of a bulky, closed container;
3.
The test piece is intended to produce a piece of test and document it with task-specific documents as well as an order-related expert discussion;
4.
The exam time, including the documentation, is 16 hours in total; for the job-related expert interview at most 30 minutes.
(4) For the examination area repair and surface treatment, there are
1.
the test item should demonstrate that it
a)

§ 7 Weight and weight control

(1) The examination areas are to be weighted as follows:

(2) The journeyman check has passed if the benefits are have been evaluated as follows:

in the overall result with at least "sufficient",
2.
in at least three exam areas with at least "sufficient" and
3.
in no exam area with "insufficient".
(3) At the request of the examinee, the examination in one of the examination areas rated worse than "sufficient", in which examination achievements with its own request and weighting are to be provided in writing, shall be carried out by means of a an oral examination of about 15 minutes should be completed if this can be the case for the passing of the examination. In determining the result for this examination area, the previous result and the result of the oral supplementary examination in the ratio of 2: 1 are to be weighted. Non-official table of contents

§ 8 Existing vocational education and training conditions

Vocational training conditions which, at the date of entry into force of this Regulation , by way of derogation from Article 25 (4) of the Craft Regulations, the provisions of this Regulation may continue to take into account the period of training completed so far if the Contracting Parties agree to this Regulation. § 9 Entry into force, override
