Law to unify the legal relationships in natural resources BodSchVereinhG Ausfertigung date: 15.04.1996 full quotation: "law to unify the legal relationships in minerals by April 15, 1996 (BGBl. I S. 602)" footnote (+++ text detection from: 23 4.1996 +++) § 1 in annex I Chapter V section D section III No. 1 letter a of the Unification Treaty of 31 August 1990 (BGBl. 1990 II S. 885, 1004) listed requirements shall no longer apply.
§ 2 (1) the entry into force of this Act in the area referred to in article 3 of the Unification Treaty remain unaffected existing mining permissions (permission, approval and mining property) on mineral resources that are not listed in section 3, paragraph 3, of the Federal Mining Act. The same applies for the period laid down according to annex I Chapter V section D section III No. 1 letter d and f of the Unification Treaty to confirm pending extraction and storage rights, still not unimpeachable has been decided on their confirmation.
(2) the natural resources, a mining permission or an extraction or storage law refers to in the sense of paragraph 1, remain until the expiry or until the lifting of mining authorization or the extraction or storage right mountain-free minerals. The same applies to natural resources, to which a permit issued to the holder of a permit pursuant to article 12 para 2 of the Federal Mining Act refers.
(3) within the meaning of paragraph 1, article 18, par. 2 and 3 of the Federal Mining Act with the proviso that the deadline for the inclusion of the exploration is by submitting an operating plan for six months and the deadline for the inclusion of mining by submitting an operating plan for 18 months after the entry into force of this Act, if not already before the deadline applies to mining permissions.
§ 3 this law enters into force on the day after the announcement.
