§ 1

The provisions of Annex I, Chapter V, Section III, Section III, point (1) (a), of the Agreement of 31 August 1990 (BGBl. 885, 1004) are no longer to be applied. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

(1) The mining rights (permit, authorization and mining seigentum) existing in the area referred to in Article 3 of the agreement on the entry into force of this law in the area referred to in Article 3 of the agreement on the mining of natural resources, which are not in accordance with Section 3 (3) of the Bundesberggesetz (Federal Act on Mining) shall remain unaffected.
