According to Article 1 of the Order of the Federal President on the appointment and dismissal of the officials, civil servants and judges of the Federal Republic of Germany of 23 June 2004 (BGBl. 1286), I am revocably transferring the exercise of the right to appoint and dismiss the officials of the Federal Intelligence Service (Bundesnachrichtendienst) for its business unit.
