I.
In accordance with § 126 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways shall be empowered to act on appeals against administrative acts by the Bundeskartellamt (Federal Cartel Office) and the Federal Office for the Environment (Bundesnetzagentur). Rejection of a claim in matters under the Act on the Relocation Costs for the Federal Officials, Judges in the Federal Service and Soldiers and in matters pursuant to the Regulation on the separation allowance in the case of transfers and secondments in the to decide on the territory of the Member State in so far as it is required to adopt the administrative act or Rejection of the claim was responsible.

II.
Pursuant to Section 127 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways shall become the representative of the Dienstherrn in administrative judicial proceedings in matters after the Federal Law for the Federal Republic of Germany and the Ordinance on Separation Money. In special cases, the representative of the Dienstherrn is reserved for the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology.

III.
This arrangement shall apply with effect from 5 February 2009. The numbers I and II are also applicable to the proceedings of the employees of the Federal Cartel Office which are already in progress.
