the troop service court,

the Universities of the Bundeswehr

The Amtschef or the Amtschef of the Bundeswehr's Aviation Office,

§ 2

The authority to collect the disciplinary situation in accordance with § 34, paragraph 2, sentence 1 of the Federal disciplinary law shall be transferred to the service staff referred to in § 1. Non-official table of contents

§ 3

The jurisdiction to enact the appeal in accordance with Section 42 (1) of the Federal disciplinary law will be the responsibility of the transfer to the next higher authority. If the next higher authority is the Federal Ministry of Defence, the authority which issued the contested decision shall issue the notice of opposition. Non-official table of contents

§ 4

The disciplinary powers over retirement officers pursuant to § 84 sentence 1 of the Federal disciplinary law will be transferred to the President of the Federal Office for Personnel Management of the Bundeswehr. Non-official table of contents

This arrangement occurs on the 1. July 2013 will be in force.
