I S. 1545) is changed" stand: amended by art. 1 AnO v. 5.9.2014 I 1545 for more information on the stand number you see in the menu see remarks footnote (+++ text detection from) : 1.7.2013 +++) input formula according to § 33 paragraph 5, article 34, paragraph 2, sentence 2, article 42, paragraph 1, sentence 2, and section 84, sentence 2, of the Federal disciplinary law of 9 July 2001 (Federal Law Gazette I S. 1510) arranges the Federal Ministry of defence: § 1 the power to cut salaries to the maximum extent according to § 33 paragraph 3 number 1 of the Federal Disciplinary Act is transferred for the respective command or Division : 1 the Inspekteurinnen or inspectors a) of the army, b) of the air force, c) the Navy, d) of the central medical services of the armed forces, e) the armed forces base, 2 alongside or the Commander of the operational command of the Bundeswehr, 3. the Presidents or Presidents a) of the training centre of the armed forces, b) of the Federal Office for equipment, information technology and use of the armed forces, c) the Federal Office of personnel management of the Bundeswehr , d) of the Federal Office of infrastructure, environmental protection and services of the armed forces, e) of the Federal language Office, f) of military service courts, g) University of the Bundeswehr, 4 the Amtschefin or Office head of aviation Office of the Bundeswehr, 5. the President, the President, the Amtschefin or the head of the planning Office of the Bundeswehr, 6 the head office or head of Evangelical press for the Bundeswehr, 7 the head of the Catholic military Bishop , 8 of the Bundeswehrdisziplinaranwältin or the Bundeswehrdisziplinaranwalt, 9 the supervisory service counselor or service monitor legal advisor in the the Ministry of defence immediately subordinate offices as well as 10 head or the head of the Federal defence administration of University of applied sciences of the Federal Public Administration Department.

§ 2 the service supervisor referred to in paragraph 1 is transferred the power to impose the disciplinary action according to § 34 paragraph 2 sentence 1 of the Federal disciplinary law.

§ 3 the next higher authority is transferred responsibility to adopt the opposition decision according to article 42, paragraph 1, of the Federal disciplinary law. The next higher authority is the Ministry of Defense, the authority which adopted the contested decision, shall be adopted by the opposition's decision.

Transferred to article 4 which are the President section 84, sentence 1, of the Federal Disciplinary Act disciplinary powers over retired civil servants and retired officials or the President of the Federal Office of personnel management of the Bundeswehr.

§ 5 this arrangement enters into force on July 1, 2013. At the same time the arrangement for the transfer of disciplinary responsibilities and powers in the Division of the Ministry of defence of 16 January 2002 (BGBl. I S. 613), by the order of August 15, 2002 (BGBl. I S. 3668) is been changed other than force.
