The arrangement on the transfer of responsibilities in the field of civil servants ' services, etc. In the service of the Federal Minister of Postal and Telecommunications-ZOVers-of 21 November 1958 (Federal Gazette No 231 of 2 December 1958; Official Gazette No 39/1959, p. 45), as last amended by the Fifth Order on the Transfer of Responsibilities in the field of civil servants ' legal services, etc. in the office of the Federal Minister for Postal and Telecommunications-4. Supplement of the ZOVers-of 21 September 1972 (Federal Gazette No. 191 of 10 October 1972). Article 155 (1) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz), in agreement with the Federal Minister of the Interior, shall be amended as follows: Unofficial table of contents

This arrangement shall enter into force on the day following its announcement in the Federal Law Gazprom, unless otherwise specified in the second sentence.
By way of derogation from the first sentence, paragraph 6 shall enter into force,

a)

, in conjunction with point 3, on 1 January 1977,

b)

in connection with number 4 and 5for the area of the Oberpostdirektionen Freiburg im Breisgau, Karlsruhe and Stuttgart on the 1. October 1976, for the Oberpostdirektionen Koblenz and Münster on 1 January 1977 ,for the area of the Oberpostdirektionen Hamburg and Nürnberg on 1 April 1977 ,for the area of the Oberpostdirektionen Bremen, Düsseldorf and Munich on 1 May 1977 ,for the division of the Oberpostdirektion Dortmund on 1 July 1977for the area of the Oberpostdirektion Saarbrücken on 1 September 1977 ,for the area of the central office of the Central Office of Telecommunications, the Central Office of Postal Technology, the Fachhochschule der German Federal Post Dieburg, the Oberpostdirektionen Frankfurt am Main and Kiel on the 1. October 1977 ,for the University of Applied Sciences of the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin on 1 February 1978,

in so far as the accident is after the respective point in time. In the case of accidents which have already been pending at the said dates, the responsibility for each case shall be transferred to the Social Office of the Deutsche Bundespost six months after the date referred to in the second sentence. For the Landespostdirektion Berlin and the Oberpostdirectorates not mentioned in sentence 2, the ZOVers shall continue to apply until further notice in the version valid on 30 September 1976.
