I.

I hereby transmit the power to:
1.
To appoint and dismiss officials of grade A 1 to A 13 (superior service) (Article 1 of the Federal President's order on the appointment and dismissal of the Federal Officials and Judges in the Federal Service),
2.
prohibit an official from conducting his business activities on compelling service grounds (Section 60 of the Federal Civil Service Act),
3.
to require an official to take over and pursue a secondary activity in the civil service (Section 64 of the Federal Civil Service Act),
4.
to approve or refuse an official of secondary activities as well as to revoke authorisations (Section 65 (4) of the Federal Civil Service Act),
5.
to prohibit the admission of employment or gainful employment to a retired official or former official with pensions (Section 69a (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act),
6.
to decide on the acceptance of rewards and gifts granted to an official, even after termination of the civil service relationship, with respect to his office (Section 70 of the Federal Civil Service Act), and
7.
To grant or refuse the jubilee grant (Section 8 (1) of the Anniversary Regulation),
the President of the Federal Office of Postal and Telecommunications, the Head of the Central Office for Telecommunications Approvals and the President of the Federal Printing Office, depending on their business activities. For the purposes of this order, retired officials, former officials with pensions and officials after the end of the civil service relationship are part of the business unit of the authority to which they have last heard. This arrangement shall enter into force on the day following the publication in the Federal Law Gazans. At the same time, the arrangements for the appointment and dismissal of officials in the business unit of the Federal Minister for the Post and Telecommunications of 6 July 1982 (BGBl. 959) and the delegation of powers in the field of civil servants ' rights in the field of the German Federal Post Office and the Bundesdruckerei (Federal Printing Office) of 7 May 1985 (BGBl. 778), in so far as they concern the same field.
